Tue,	July 07,	18:00   19:30	Welcome mixer at Agrocampus in the conference building. During the welcome mixer (included in your conference fees), you can start your first discussions and register for the conference.
Wed,	July 08,	19:00	Official reception at the City Hall, the heart of Rennes (1 Place de la mairie) (n°1 on the map) After the reception, you can keep on discussing in one of the many restaurants and pubs located downtown. Please use public transportation to go to the City Hall. Subway, bus 16 or 53, stop Republique. Don't forget to buy a ticket the morning for the evening in order to make easier the transportation.
Thu,	July 09,	19:00	Conference Dinner (n°2 on the map) will take place Lycée Saint-Vicent, 57 rue de Paris. We arranged a bus transfert from the conference site to the conference dinner place at 18h40. Please make sure to be there in time! Bus transfer back in the city center and the conference site has been arranged as well (23:00; 00:15). It is also possible to go back into downtown by walk (rue de Paris is in the center) After the dinner, we suggest you to go in the beautiful park (Parc du Thabor) located in front of the dinner place for a surprinsing concert of Radio Barkas (until 1:00) the smallest mobile radio station of the Netherlands, which is one of the free concert of the event Les Tombées de la nuit. At the end of the meeting on saturday a trip to St-Malo and/or Mont-St-Michel   will be proposed via the tourist home.

Restaurants in Rennes:

You can find a lot of restaurants in the streets colored in the map and in particular in Rue st Georges, Rue du Chapitre, Rue de st Melaine, place des lices, Rue Nantaise... The city might be busy during the week and some restaurants are small, so it might be useful to book.
